S&M Utility Services is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, and provides a range of consulting services and solutions for power utilities, telecommunications providers, municipalities, and government agencies across the Central, Midwest, and Southeastern regions.
Founded in 2024, on the core principles of culture, family, integrity, and excellence, S&M Utility Services was built to deliver responsive, technically driven solutions while creating a company where people are valued and have the opportunity to grow. We partner with clients on projects of every size, delivering scalable solutions that range from field engineering, utility design and engineering to construction coordination, GIS mapping, and program management.
